A Branch of OSI that procures and oversees all aspects of OSI’s physical environments. This includes building leasing, maintenance, emergency response to building problems, physical security issues, conference room allocation and configuration, employee furniture and non-IT equipment needs, including building enhancements such as electrical upgrades, HVAC, building reconfiguration, and overseeing the moving of employees. Creates and replaces physical badges for employees and is the authoritative decision-making unit for the multiple OSI building locations.
