The Probation Department is an integral part of the public safety structure, charged with the supervision of adult and juvenile offenders granted probation by the Courts. Probation Departments operate Juvenile Hall, juvenile commitment and monitoring facilities and prepare investigative reports for the Superior, Juvenile and Dependency Courts.
