Extended User Scenario Testing (EUST)
This approach gives core constituents the opportunity to work through (hands-on) long-running child welfare scenarios that span multiple Milestones and Service Areas.
The purpose is to:
- Validate that sets of Milestones work together holistically to cover all child/family pathways through the system and all special populations (e.g., ICWA, CSEC. families receiving prevention services)
- Demonstrate to core constituents that we are acting on their feedback, especially regarding the usability of CARES at transitions (integration points) between Milestones (between Case Management and Eligibility, for example).
EUST will follow test scenarios and use managed test data in the Staging environment. Each EUST period has a corresponding Hardening sprint and Validation period.
