The Impact Decision Board will provide input, advice, direction and final decision on request for change proposals that impact scope, schedule or cost to a milestone. While Atlassian Governance Council (AGC) and Delivery Central (DC) make decisions on impacts to product and sprints and Architecture Review Board (ARB) makes decisions on impacts to technology and architecture, the benefits of the IDB will eliminate the decision and escalation gap between the project teams and ELT which will bring more control and transparency to the project, leadership, oversight, and stakeholders.
