CWDS Service Desk

For the CWS-CARES Application, the CWDS Service Desk is available 24/7/365. For each of the ITIL processes below, the CWDS Service Desk created a High Level and Detailed Design plan that specifies all the procedures and work instructions that are necessary to perform the process.
